There are two ways to win. You can enter one or both contests. Only one winner though.

1) Write a story outline for a new episode of "Hannah Montana". Make it creative, funny, etc. Pretend your writing a real episode. This is the plot of an episode.

2) Make a Mitchel wallpaper. Use any pictures of Mitchel you'd like, but no exclusive ones!
